- 👉🏽 Pay the required trip planning fee [$40 for standard 2 - 4 day turnaround and $60 for rush delivery 1 - 2 day turnaround] and let us start planning your next adventure. 👉🏽 Once payment is received, within 2 - 4 business days turnaround (unless you opt for rush services), you will receive your detailed travel request. 👉🏽 Review the preliminary outline of your quoted itinerary for any opportunities of revisions within 7 days. If any revisions are needded, there is a 1 - 2 business day turnaround.
- 👉🏽 Approve the final quoted itinerary and secure all details of your package within 7 days after your final approval.
- IT'S THAT SIMPLE! At anytime, you may request to schedule a consultation via zoom or phone call to review the details of your trip. Text or call us to schedule a time today at (951) 260-2151 Please be advised: Pricing is subject to change until your deposit/payment in full is received by the vendor. We will provide a minimum of two (2) quotes for hotel, resort, airlines, and/or vacation rentals for one (1) destination. Two (2) revisions are available within 7 days of providing you your quoted itinerary package. Any revisions requested passed 7 days are subject to a new Trip Planning Fee. The Trip Planning Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, however, if you secure travel with us for quoted itinerary, the Trip Planning Fee will be applied to your booking. If you are a group, your group will have a landing webpage where the full itinerary will be available, with excursions and flights. We will manage all bookings, payments, and communication with the vendors. Once your guest has paid (deposit or in full), they will be able to manage their trip via an app, pay for excursions, as well as converse with other travelers in your group via chat.
